How do we use these? So many ways and here are a few!
-like decrepit dust (put down clear wax and buff. Add your powder then wipe off excess to pop details)
-to mix into white paint to make new intense colors, pastel colors or intensify existing colors.
-like a water color, add o stamped projects
-with stencils...make a water color and press the stencil into the watered paint and press onto a surface (to make a batik print)
-sprinkle on a surface, spray with water, dry & seal
